HRC INVESTS IN THE COMMUNITY

HRC is committed to supporting the communities in which we work. It's part of who we are and is instilled in the company culture. We provide support to both social and business nonprofits and provide many opportunities for our employees to participate in community services activities outside of the office.

 

ORGANIZATIONS

DOUGLAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

As a Chairman’s Club member, HRC provides valuable business insight into the county's economic well-being. We are proud to support the Chamber's business and philanthropic activities throughout West Georgia.

 

CARROLL COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

This Chamber works closely with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce both of whom maintain an in-house team of lobbyists ensuring business issues that matter the most to the business community are being watched, good legislation is being passed and bills considered detrimental to Georgia business are blocked.

 

UNIVERSITY OF WEST GEORGIA PERFORMING ARTS COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Townsend Center for the Performing Arts supports the academic departments of Music and Theatre throughout their various performance and educational endeavors, supports the academic mission of the University of West Georgia as a whole, and advocates the Arts and Arts Education to the university and surrounding communities.

 

CARROLL COUNTY MASTER GARDENERS

The Master Gardener Program of Maryland was established in 1978 by the University of Maryland Extension (UME) to create a group of volunteers dedicated to sharing UME horticulture and pest management best practices with the general public.

 

Georgia Gravity Games 2016

HRC sponsored Mirror Lake Elementary in Georgia Gravity Games 2016. Mirror Lake Elementary created a fantastic video to promote the program.

CHILDREN'S VOICE: CASA, INC.

CASA provides screened, trained, and supervised volunteers who independently advocate for abused and neglected children involved in juvenile court deprivation proceedings.
